14th Annual: Culinary indulgence with Michelin-starred chefs, winemakers, and mixologists showcasing their talents across indigenous and world cuisines. Featuring ingredients from Hawai’i’s ranchers, fishermen, framers and producers.
VinFast Ironman World Championships
October 26, 2024, Kailua-Kona, Big Island
This year the VinFast IRONMAN World Championship is the men’s event, hosting triathletes from all over the world to test their stamina over the challenging 140.6-mile course including through the ocean and across lava fields.
Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar Festival – Kona Style
October 13, 2024, Keauhou, Big Island
27th Annual: This indigenous guitar art form originated on Hawai’i island in 1832 and this year 12-15 of Hawai’is favorite players will perform in the ballroom of the Outrigger Kona Resort & Spa. Also a food truck outside, and Big Island snacks and desserts.
Kona Coffee Cultural Festival

53rd Annual: Tastings, farm tours, and parades are just the beginning as the Big Island celebrates its famous Kona coffee growing traditions and heritage of nearly 200 years.
